You can report certain types of minor crime committed in British Columbia using the Internet (online). The Victoria and Vancouver police department websites offer online crime reporting.
To report a crime in the:
- Vancouver area, please visit: Vancouver Police Department.
- Victoria area, please visit: Victoria Police Department.
If you live outside these areas, please call your local police or visit their website to find out what options are available in your community for reporting a crime online.
Reporting a crime online is only appropriate in non-urgent situations. Remember to always call 911 for emergencies.
